Climate Change Talk

Posted by: admin in Events & Meetings|Flood Groups on 30 Apr, 2009

Alex Hill mid presentation Alex Hill of the Met Office delivered an excellent talk on Climate Change to Freuchie Flood Action Group earlier this evening.

Flood survivors from Falkland joined the flood affected residents of Freuchie in an alarming but thought provoking filled evening.

Paul Hendy of the Scottish Flood Forum was also there to lend advice and support to the flood survivors of Freuchie and surrounding areas.

A write up and a PDF version of the talk is available here for everyone to access.

I cannot stress strongly enough how great a presentation Alex Hill gave us here in Freuchie. We highly recommend Alex to any flood group or any other group interested in climate change, climatology or other such subjects.

Thanks again Alex. You are a complete star.
