Paul Hendy has been busy in Perth advising on flood damage to properties. The photo below clearly shows the height of flood (sewage) water along the side of a joist underneath the floor of a property on Feus Road. (it’s the dark stain along the bottom of the joist)
The proposed remedial action now would be to dry the underfloor area, clean and sanitise – this should be covered by your insurance company policy.
