The Scottish Flood Forum will be in Dumfries during the morning on Wednesday 29 September. Paul Hendy will be meeting Council officials and promoting the flood protection subsidy scheme that has taken place in Dumfries & Galloway. The scheme allows homeowners and businesses to receive subsidised flood protection products to safeguard their properties from the threat of flooding. [...]
