RSE Climate Change Inquiry

The Royal Society of Edinburgh is currently undertaking an inquiry into how they can best respond to climate change in Scotland. They are holding a number of public meeting over the coming months, with the first one in Dundee on the evening of the 14th January 2010. This event will take place at the Steps Theatre, Dundee Central Library, The Wellgate and will commence at 6.00pm with an exhibition and tea and coffee available from 5.30pm.

Climate Change Talk

Alex Hill mid presentation Alex Hill of the Met Office delivered an excellent talk on Climate Change to Freuchie Flood Action Group earlier this evening.

Flood survivors from Falkland joined the flood affected residents of Freuchie in an alarming but thought provoking filled evening.

Paul Hendy of the Scottish Flood Forum was also there to lend advice and support to the flood survivors of Freuchie and surrounding areas.

Climate Change Presentation

Alex Hill Headshot Alex Hill of the Met Office is delivering a presentation on Climate Change to Freuchie Flood Action Group next Thursday evening.

The talk will be held in the Lomond Hills Hotel in Freuchie with a 7:00pm for 7:15pm start.

This event is free and open to anyone that wishes to attend.
