This Holyrood Conference was held at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh on 16th June 2009, where it brought together professionals to discuss and understand the ongoing legislation regarding the Flood Risk Management (Scotland ) Bill. It also looked at what challenges lay ahead in terms of implementing the new legislation.
